The challenge

Where we started.

Zivio needed a web presence that could communicate a broad, multi-department automation platform without overwhelming visitors. The product spans workflow automation, an AI copilot, HR and talent, sales and revenue, email and communication, and IT service operations, and it connects to a large catalog of enterprise systems. The challenge was to make that breadth legible to enterprise buyers, frame each use case distinctly, surface integration and governance credibility, and drive qualified prospects toward a demo conversation.

Our approach

What we built.

WitsCode built a marketing and product site organized around Zivio's six core solution categories: AI-Powered Workflow Automation, AI Copilot for Teams, Talent and HR Automation, Sales and Revenue Automation, Email and Communication Automation, and IT Service and Operations Automation. Each is presented with its own positioning so enterprise visitors can self-identify by function. The homepage leads with the platform's orchestration message (design, orchestrate, and automate complex workflows across teams, systems, and data) and reinforces it with a benefits section covering faster process execution, reduced operational risk, unified workflow visibility, and scalable automation control.

The site frames enterprise credibility through an integrations showcase spanning a large catalog of business systems (including names such as Salesforce, Slack, Asana, HubSpot, and OpenAI), alongside messaging around enterprise-grade intelligence, multi-tenant and white-label configurations, and real-time visibility. Navigation is structured around Solutions, Integrations, Pricing, Blogs, and Contact, with a Login entry point for existing users.

Conversion is anchored on a primary Book a Demo call to action, supported by a Watch a Video option, repeated across the experience so prospects can move from any section into a sales conversation. Contact details and a US location (Westfield, Indiana) are surfaced for direct outreach.
