Yes. We routinely run multiple concurrent projects for a single agency partner. Each project has a named lead, a shared Slack thread, and milestone tracking so you always know where things stand.
Async-first in a shared Slack channel. We post written status updates at agreed milestones. Sync calls happen when they actually move work forward, not on a fixed weekly cadence.
Figma is the default. We also work from Adobe XD, Sketch exports, and well-organized PSDs. We do not work from PDFs or PNG mockups alone, the design needs to be inspectable.
