MVP Development

We turn your prototype into a product people pay for

MVP development for founders, indie hackers, and vibe coders who need auth, payments, and deploys that hold up in production.

WitsCode MVP development case study, an early-stage product shipped from prototype to live users

250+ projects shipped

Who this is for

If any of this sounds like you, we should talk.

  • You built a prototype in Lovable, v0, or Figma

It demos well. It does not handle real users, real payments, or real data. You need someone to make it real without throwing the work away.

  • You raised a small round and the clock is ticking

You have 8 to 12 weeks to put something in customers' hands. You want a partner who treats deadlines as the contract, not a wish.

  • You are pre-product but post-pitch deck

Investors and design partners are waiting. You need a working product they can log into, not another slide.

  • You tried an offshore dev shop and got a Figma-shaped pile of bugs

You want senior engineers who will tell you what to cut, what to keep, and how to ship the smallest thing that proves the model.

What changes for you

Outcomes you can point to, not features you can ignore.

  • A live, paying-customer-ready product in 8 to 12 weeks, not 9 months.
  • Auth, billing, and infrastructure that survive your first 1,000 users without a rewrite.
  • A codebase your next engineer can read on day one, not reverse engineer for a quarter.
  • Real analytics on real usage so your next funding conversation has numbers, not guesses.

What is included

Scope, organized by phase.

Discovery (Phase 1 of 5)

Phase 1

Discovery

What we lock down in this phase before moving on.

  • Product scope workshop and feature triage
  • Tech stack selection (Next.js, Supabase, Stripe, Vercel as defaults)
  • Architecture diagram and data model
  • Sprint plan with weekly demo cadence

How an engagement works

From hello to handoff, step by step.

  1. You book a scoping call

We map what you have, what you actually need to ship, and what can wait. No fluff, no discovery theater.

  2. You get a scoped plan within 48 hours

Fixed scope, fixed timeline, and the architectural decisions written down. You decide go or no go.

  3. We build in 2-week sprints

Every sprint ends with a deployed build you can use. No mysterious slack messages about progress.

  4. You review every week

Weekly demo, weekly written update, weekly chance to course correct. Surprises happen at sprint zero, not at launch.

  5. We launch and hand off

Production deploy, documentation, repo handover, and 30 days of bug fixes on us.

  6. You decide what comes next

Continue with a care plan, take the codebase in-house, or scope the next milestone. Your call.

SCRAPD upcycled fashion marketplace built by WitsCode

Case study

SCRAPD (Radically Repurposed Rags)

Problem
An upcycled fashion marketplace had a Figma file, a brand, and a founder who needed a real product to onboard sellers. No backend, no payments, no way for vendors to list inventory.
What we built
We shipped the marketplace on Next.js and Supabase with Stripe Connect for vendor payouts, multi-vendor inventory management, and an admin panel for marketplace operations. Built from Figma to production with auth, file uploads, and seller onboarding flows.
Result
Live marketplace with vendor onboarding, paid checkout, and Stripe Connect payouts shipped in under 10 weeks from Figma handoff.

Why us

What you get with WitsCode that you don't get elsewhere.

  • We respect the codebase you already have

You built it in Lovable, v0, Bolt, or hand-rolled it over a weekend. We pick up where you left off instead of insisting on a rewrite that costs you a month.

  • Last-mile engineering, not just a happy path demo

Auth edge cases, payment retries, webhook idempotency, error states, empty states. The boring parts that make the difference between a demo and a product.

  • Security baked in from sprint one

Row-level security, secret hygiene, dependency scanning, and rate limiting on day one. Not a checklist at launch when it is too late.

WitsCode rebuilt our Shopify store so it finally converts the traffic we were already getting. They understand speed and storytelling in equal measure, and the store has been a real growth lever since launch.
