SaaS development that ships features, not excuses

Custom SaaS development for founders building real products. Billing, multi-tenancy, dashboards, and the boring infrastructure that makes them work.

Who this is for

If any of this sounds like you, we should talk.

  • You have paying customers and a roadmap that is slipping

Features are taking longer than they should. Bugs are showing up in places you already fixed. You need engineers who can ship and stay shipped.

  • You inherited a SaaS codebase and it is fighting you

Original developer left. Tests are red. Deploys are scary. We take over and stabilize without a full rewrite when one is not warranted.

  • You are building v1 from scratch

You want multi-tenant architecture, role-based access, and a billing setup that survives your first enterprise customer. Built right the first time.

  • You need to add a real product to a marketing site

You have an audience and a content moat. Now you need a SaaS that converts them. App, dashboard, billing, and admin shipped together.

What changes for you

Outcomes you can point to, not features you can ignore.

  • A SaaS product where shipping a feature is a normal Tuesday, not a fire drill.
  • Billing, multi-tenancy, and role-based access that hold up when your first enterprise deal lands.
  • Dashboards your customers actually use, with metrics they can act on.
  • A test suite, CI pipeline, and deploy story that lets you sleep through the night.
  • A codebase a senior engineer can join and contribute to in their first week.

What is included

Scope, organized by phase.

Discovery (Phase 1 of 5)

Phase 1

Discovery

What we lock down in this phase before moving on.

  • Product audit if there is an existing codebase
  • Multi-tenancy model decision (shared schema, schema-per-tenant, or row-level)
  • Billing model design (subscriptions, usage-based, seat-based, hybrid)
  • Roadmap and sprint plan for the next 90 days

How an engagement works

From hello to handoff, step by step.

  1. You book a scoping call

We map your current state, your customers, and the next three milestones that matter. Whether you are at v0 or v3.

  2. We send a scoped plan in 48 hours

Fixed milestones, architectural decisions written down, and a clear cadence for delivery.

  3. We build in 2-week sprints with weekly demos

Every sprint ships to staging. Every sprint ends with a working demo you can click through and feedback you can leave inline.

  4. We deploy continuously

Once we go live, code merges to production multiple times a week behind feature flags. No big-bang releases.

  5. We hand off cleanly when you want it in-house

Documented architecture, runbooks, and a 30-day overlap with your in-house team when that day comes.

Spottle venue booking SaaS dashboard built by WitsCode

Case study

Spottle

Problem
A venue booking SaaS needed multi-role access (venues, customers, admins), a booking engine that handled time slots and conflicts, and a payment flow that worked end-to-end. The existing stack was a patchwork of WordPress, WooCommerce, and a custom plugin that had outgrown itself.
What we built
We rebuilt the booking engine on Supabase with WooCommerce as the storefront layer, multi-role auth, a real booking calendar with conflict resolution, and venue-side dashboards for inventory and revenue.
Result
Functional multi-tenant booking SaaS with venue, customer, and admin roles shipping bookings from day one of launch.

Why us

What you get with WitsCode that you don't get elsewhere.

  • We have actually built and scaled SaaS products from zero

Billing, multi-tenancy, dashboards, integrations. Not an agency learning SaaS on your dime. We have shipped the patterns before.

  • We take over existing codebases without a rewrite reflex

Most agencies want to start over because it is easier for them. We audit honestly, fix what is broken, and only recommend a rewrite when the math actually supports it.

  • DevOps is part of the work, not a separate quote

CI/CD, monitoring, backups, staging environments, and on-call runbooks are part of how we ship, not an upsell after the fact.

WitsCode rebuilt our Shopify store so it finally converts the traffic we were already getting. They understand speed and storytelling in equal measure, and the store has been a real growth lever since launch.
