Curiosity
You read release notes for fun. You poke at unfamiliar tools. You ask why before how. New frameworks, new patterns, new constraints, you treat them as material to work with, not noise to avoid.
Care
You sweat the details: copy, spacing, alt text, error states, the empty page. You catch what a junior engineer would miss. Quality is the floor of every PR you open, not a stretch goal.
Output
You ship. Frequent, small, reviewed. You’d rather merge a clean PR today than a perfect one next week. You measure yourself in commits landed and problems solved, not hours logged.
