The challenge

Where we started.

Organizations are deploying AI faster than they can govern it, and most are still tracking systems in spreadsheets without audit trails, version control, or board-level visibility. Govern365 needed a website that could communicate a complex, regulation-heavy product to mid-market teams with limited GRC resources, while making the value of structured AI governance immediately legible. The site had to map the product to a growing set of overlapping frameworks (EU AI Act, ISO/IEC 42001, NIST AI RMF, and others), surface the platform's core capabilities, and convert visitors into trials and demos without overwhelming them.

Our approach

What we built.

WitsCode built the Govern365 site around the product's six core modules: AI System Registry, Risk Assessment Engine, Compliance Dashboard, Audit Evidence Manager, Governance Workflows, and Continuous Monitoring. The hero leads with a sharp, outcome-driven promise ("The Fastest Way to Prove Your AI is Governed") and frames the journey from registering a first AI system to generating audit-ready evidence. Dedicated compliance pages address the EU AI Act, ISO/IEC 42001, and NIST AI RMF individually, alongside positioning for AI governance workflows, risk management, and the mid-market segment.

To lower the barrier to entry, the site offers a set of free, self-serve tools (an AI Risk Assessment, a Governance Checklist, and an ISO 42001 Readiness gap analysis) that double as lead-generation and education. A Training section surfaces the G365 Certified Associate Course and a certification partnership, reinforcing credibility in a trust-sensitive category.

The commercial structure is presented through four clearly differentiated tiers (Starter, Professional, Business, and Enterprise), with feature progression from basic risk templates up to LLM evaluation, bias and fairness testing, shadow-AI agent discovery, SSO, and self-hosted deployment. Consistent calls to action ("Start 14-Day Free Trial" and "Book a Demo") run throughout, supported by a blog and standard trust and legal pages.

Outcomes

What followed.

  • Gives each major framework (EU AI Act, ISO 42001, NIST AI RMF) its own dedicated, SEO-ready landing page
  • Lets prospects self-qualify through free risk, checklist, and readiness tools before talking to sales
  • Presents a transparent tiered plan structure with a no-credit-card free trial and demo path
  • Reinforces authority through training and certification content in a trust-driven category
