The challenge

Where we started.

Dipsy launches with a tight product line and a deliberately minimal philosophy, which makes organic discovery hard. Clean skincare is a crowded, high-trust category where shoppers research ingredients before they buy, so the brand needs to show up for the questions and product searches its future customers are already typing. The challenge is to build that organic visibility from a standing start, without paid spend carrying the whole load.

Our approach

What we built.

WitsCode runs Dipsy's SEO as an ongoing engagement. We did not build the store; we work to make it findable. That starts with technical SEO on the Shopify storefront (crawlability, site structure, page speed signals, and clean metadata) so search engines can read and rank the catalog and content properly.

From there the work is keyword and content led. We map the terms a botanical-skincare shopper searches, from ingredient questions to product and category intent, and shape on-page content and structure around them so Dipsy can earn relevant organic traffic rather than buy all of it. The program is continuous: we monitor performance, refine targets, and compound visibility over time.
