For e-commerce owners who are also the whole team

A Shopify store that sells from day one.

Built from scratch or rebuilt from what you have. A product page built from conversion research, and the cart recovery and email flows already running before your first visitor.

  • Shopify Partner
  • 300+ websites shipped
  • Since 2019
  • Clients in 4 countries

Built for brands like yours

Small boutiques, first-time founders, and brands that outgrew a template.

  • Folded tees and a hoodie from a small apparel brand beside a laptop showing its online store collection page

    Apparel and streetwear

Small drops, a few core pieces, and a store that has to make the fabric feel real on a phone screen.

  • Skincare bottles from a small beauty brand beside a phone showing their product page

    Skincare and beauty

Ingredient-led products where the product page does the convincing, and repeat orders are the business.

  • A founder packing a supplement tub into a shipping box, with an order notification on a phone

    Supplements and wellness

Subscription-shaped products where follow-up email is the difference between one order and twelve.

Sound familiar?

Most small stores are not losing on design. They are losing on the three things nobody built.

Traffic that does not buy

You are paying for visitors, or earning them the hard way, and the store turns almost none of them into orders. The product page is usually the reason, and it is the page nobody looked at closely.

A theme held together by apps

Fourteen apps, three of them doing the same job, a mobile page that takes four seconds to show a price. Every app was a fix for something. Together they are the problem.

Nothing happens after the sale

No cart recovery, no welcome series, no follow-up after the first order. Every customer is bought once and then forgotten. That is where most of a small store's margin quietly leaks out.

Everything in the $1,999

Five things you would normally buy separately. One price, one team.

Not a theme install with your logo on it. A selling system, delivered and tested before launch.

See it, not just read it

See what a store that sells looks like.

A short clip of the whole loop: someone sees the product, adds it to cart, and the order lands in your admin. This is the shape of what you get.

A skincare store, from ad to order

The ad, the add to cart, the order notification, the box going out. Ten seconds of the loop this package is built to run.

Concept video. ORAVINE, OAKMIRE and Fernwell are fictional brands and the numbers shown are illustrative, not client results.

An apparel brand, from ad to order

Same loop, different shelf. A tee gets seen, saved, added to cart, and packed into a mailer while the order count climbs.

Concept video. ORAVINE, OAKMIRE and Fernwell are fictional brands and the numbers shown are illustrative, not client results.

A supplements brand, from ad to order

A greens tub in the kitchen, customers on their phones, and a founder boxing orders. The flows behind it are what this package installs.

Why it works

Three mechanisms. No magic.

1

The product page is laid out from research, not taste

Where the gallery goes, where the price sits, why shipping cost appears before the button, why sizes are buttons and not a dropdown. Each of those is a documented usability finding. Most stores get several of them wrong, and it costs orders every day.

2

Every flow is live and tested before your first visitor

Cart recovery, welcome, post-purchase, upsell, win-back. We trigger each one by hand before removing the password. Your store starts recovering revenue from day one instead of month three.

3

Built by a Shopify Partner who will also market it

We build on Shopify as a registered Shopify Partner, and the same people can run Meta ads or SEO on the store afterward. No handoff, no re-learning, we already know where the opportunities are. Optional, separate, never a condition.

21 days, start to launch

You send assets. Three weeks later you have a store that sells.

  1. Day 0

    Scope call

30 minutes. Build or revamp, your products, what you already have. Written scope the same week.

  2. Day 1

    Assets in

Products, images, brand assets. The 21-day clock starts here.

  3. Days 2 to 14

    Build and flows

Store and email flows built in parallel. Two review checkpoints, one revision round at each.

  4. Days 15 to 20

    Test

Test orders, refunds, every flow triggered by hand, tracking verified on the live domain.

  5. Day 21

    Launch

Password off. Then 30 days of support from this day.

What you are not risking

No open-ended quote. No disappearing after launch. No pretending it is a fit when it is not.

  • Fixed scope, fixed price

Every deliverable is on this page. What is not on it is quoted before it happens, never after.

  • Two review checkpoints

You see the store twice during the build, not once at the end, with a revision round at each.

  • 30 days of fixes after launch

Anything we shipped that breaks in the first month, we fix. One business day response.

  • A straight answer on the call

If your store needs something this package does not cover, we say so on the scope call and point you to what does.

A good fit if

  • A small or growing e-commerce brand, run by you or you and one other person
  • About to launch, or running a store that gets traffic that does not turn into orders
  • You want one fixed price and one team, not an open-ended quote
  • You can send your products, images, and a rough idea of your brand

Not the right fit if

  • Agencies reselling to their own clients
  • Enterprise or Shopify Plus builds with custom integrations
  • Stores that need a large custom app or ERP work
  • A design-only refresh with no interest in conversion

What you provide

  • Your Shopify plan, billed to you by Shopify
  • Product details, prices, and images
  • Brand assets: logo, colors, any existing copy
  • App subscriptions the store needs (reviews, email), billed to you
  • Access to your current store and domain if this is a revamp

Before you book

Questions owners ask

Everything on this page: the store build or rebuild, the conversion-built product page, the email flows and cart recovery set up and tested before launch, basic SEO and tracking, and 30 days of post-launch support. It covers up to 50 products and two rounds of revisions. It does not include your Shopify plan, app subscriptions, product photography, or copywriting from scratch.

Either, for the same price. A revamp keeps your products, customers, and order history, replaces the theme and page structure, and adds a 301 redirect map so you do not lose existing rankings. We recommend a rebuild when the current theme is slow or heavily patched with apps.

21 days from the day we have your products, images, and brand assets. Delays on the asset side pause the clock. Most projects that slip do so because assets arrive late, so we tell you exactly what we need on the scope call.

Shopify Messaging (the built-in tool, free for the first 10,000 emails a month) or Klaviyo, depending on your list size, and we say which on the scope call. Either way you own the account and the flows live inside it, so nothing is locked to us.

Yes, any app subscriptions are billed to you by the app vendor. We keep the app count low on purpose, because every app adds cost and slows the store. Typically that means one reviews app and one email tool.

We structure and edit what you give us for the product page layout. Writing full descriptions for a large catalog from nothing is a separate piece of work and we will quote it if you need it.

Both are add-ons, quoted on the scope call so there are no surprises later. Extra products are priced per batch, and a third revision round is priced as a fixed amount. Most stores in this range have fewer than 50 products and finish inside two rounds.

The store is yours and runs without us. If you want help with Meta ads, SEO, or ongoing conversion work, we offer that separately. Because we built the store, we already know where the opportunities are.

No, and you should be careful with anyone who does. Conversion depends on your product, price, traffic, and market. What we guarantee is that every item on this page is delivered and tested before launch, and that we fix anything we shipped for 30 days after.

Half at the start of the build and half before launch. We invoice in US dollars.
