The challenge

Where we started.

Diamond Creations is a wholesale and export jewelry manufacturer, not a direct-to-consumer brand, so it needed a website that spoke to retailers and buyers rather than shoppers. The company needed to communicate its handmade close-setting and micro-setting craftsmanship, its multi-city manufacturing footprint, and its track record supplying major Indian retail names, while giving prospective partners a clear, low-friction way to start a manufacturing conversation. The tagline "Where Craftsmanship Meets Brilliance" had to translate into a site that read as both artisanal and enterprise-grade.

Our approach

What we built.

WitsCode built a B2B-focused brand site organized around the buyer journey for a manufacturing partner: Home, About, Collection, Process, Why Choose Us, and Contact. The narrative leads with the "Handmade Diamond Jewellery, Perfected for the World" positioning and carries the founder story, founding values (Quality, Integrity, Ethical Excellence, Long-Term Partnership), and manufacturing footprint across the company's locations. A trust layer surfaces partner retailer logos and testimonials that speak to precision, reliability, and timely delivery.

The Collection page is structured as narrative product storytelling rather than a shoppable catalog, presenting named lines such as Zari (22KT close setting) and Celeste (18KT open setting) with occasion framing for bridal, festive, and everyday wear, plus "View Our Collections" and "Request a Catalogue" calls to action. The Process page lays out a six-stage manufacturing workflow, from Design and Conceptualization through CAD and Prototyping, Diamond Selection, Hand and Micro Setting, Polishing and Finishing, to Quality Control and Delivery, each with descriptive copy and supporting imagery under the line "Precision Crafted by Hand, Guided by Discipline."

The Contact experience is built for inbound retailer and export inquiries: a structured form captures full name, company or retailer name, country or region, email, contact number, and message, framed by the heading "Your Next Manufacturing Partner is One Message Away," and a multi-office directory lists the Chennai corporate office and Mumbai manufacturing and office addresses with location-specific email contacts.
